Order Processing

All of our online orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. 

Our dispatch team operates between business hours Monday - Friday (AEST), excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders received during normal business hours (AEST) are processed for shipment within 24 - 48 hours. Dispatch times may be impacted during sale/launch/busy seasonal periods.

Shipping Timeframes

We want to get to you ASAP, too. Delivery timeframes (transit times) may be impacted due to increased volumes and/or delays within the network. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the courier and may vary depending on locations.

Shipping Costs

​Your order may qualify for free shipping if it meets the order value requirements. Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery location. All shipping costs are outlined in the below table and will be shown at checkout prior to purchase.

Do not worry - you will receive a tracking notification via email after your order has been shipped.

Duties & Taxes

For international shipments please be aware that customs regulations, duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. OH SO TROPPY does not hold responsibility for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipments.

It is essential to comply with all customs requirements to ensure smooth delivery and avoid any delays or additional charges. We recommend checking with your country's local customs office for more information regarding applicable charges. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at the time of purchase. This is classified as DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) and you'll need to pay the required duties and taxes before your order can be delivered. Orders with unpaid duties and taxes, will be returned to OH SO TROPPY and a refund to your original payment method will be issued, minus return fees and any customs charges, not to mention, you won't get your goodies!

Please note, there is a temporary pause on parcels being sent to the United States. This is due to current tariff changes in place with delivery methods on the Australia side of things. We will provide updates as soon as this is back underway!

Stolen Parcels

​

It is the customer’s responsibility to nominate a correct shipping address that is safe and secure. OH SO TROPPY are not liable for stolen or missing parcels.

Damaged Parcels

​

OH SO TROPPY are not liable for damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address.

Return to Sender

​

If your parcel is being returned to OH SO TROPPY, please let us know in advance. (Simple as sending an email with your order number and details). Once back with us, we aim to get it to you ASAP but please note, re-dispatch fees may apply.​
