  • I see PRE-ORDER on some of the designs, what does this mean?
    PRE-ORDER is an exclusive head-start for members only. With each new collection, we make a selection of designs available to members prior to general release. During the members-only access event, you can shop all styles and sizes marked as PRE-ORDER. This is your opportunity to secure your style and size before a collection is released. After the pre-order time period, we may only have limited styles and sizes available. An added bonus to this is that PRE-ORDER also has 20% off, so it makes sense to bag it early! 😉
  • How do I get access to PRE-ORDER?
    PRE-ORDER is a limited 14-day event that occurs prior to each collection launch. Only members have access to PRE-ORDER. To gain access, you must sign up to our website and email subscription. Click here to take you to the sign up page. Don't forget, you'll receive an email after you sign up and you must confirm your subscription via that email!
  • When will I receive my PRE-ORDER purchase?
    During PRE-ORDER, all designs are listed with expected delivery dates. Whilst we endeavour to deliver according to dates published, sometimes delivery dates change due to events out of our control. If you wish to cancel an order due to a delivery date change, a full refund will be issued.
  • Can I purchase PRE-ORDER designs and 'available to public' designs at the same time?
    Yes, you definitely can! As you're purchasing items that are not yet available, you may receive your order in multiple shipments.
  • Can I cancel my PRE-ORDER?
    Absolutely. As long as the order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel your order at any time for a full refund. Please contact our customer care team at hello@ohsotroppy.com. If you cancel after your order has been received, this will be classified as a return, and has a separate refund policy.
  • I missed out on PRE-ORDER, can you put an order in for me?
    Unfortunately, once PRE-ORDER is closed we are unable to process any new orders. Once PRE-ORDER is complete, on some styles they will be marked as, COMING SOON. Please see COMING SOON for more details.
  • What is COMING SOON? I'm confused.
    COMING SOON is an exclusive opportunity for members only. With each new collection, we make a selection of designs available to members prior to general release. During the members-only access event, you can shop all styles marked as COMING SOON. This is your runner-up opportunity (after PRE-ORDER) to secure your style before a collection is released for general sale. After the coming soon time period, we may only have limited styles and sizes available... or even sold out and waiting on re-stock. An added bonus to this is that designs marked COMING SOON have 10% off!
  • How do I get access to COMING SOON?
    Only members have access to COMING SOON. To gain access, you must sign up to our website and email subscription. Click here to take you to the sign up page. Don't forget, you'll receive an email after you sign up and you must confirm your subscription via that email!
  • I missed out on COMING SOON, can you put in an order for me?
    We wish we could, but unfortunately once the COMING SOON time period has ended, we're unable to process any new orders. If stock is still available, you will be able to purchase as the general collection. If sizes and styles are sold out, some may be re-stocked. Please check back on the website for information on those styles.
  • What countries do you ship to?
    As we're new to the market and still growing; where we can deliver is still limited at this time (sorry!!) We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United States of America. Check back to see new locations added soon; better yet, if your country is not listed, contact us and let us know you're interested in ordering and we'll see what we can do!   • Do you offer free shipping?
    We offer free shipping Australia wide on all orders over AUD$350. International orders shipping fee varies. Please refer to our Shipping page here for more information.
  • I entered the wrong postal address, how can I change it?
    If you need to change your address and your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact hello@ohsotroppy.com. We are unable to redirect or update orders after they have dispatched. You will need to redirect the parcel, or wait for the parcel to be returned before we can re-ship or refund.
  • I placed an international order, will I be charged any additional duties & taxes?
    Duties & taxes may apply on any order placed outside of Australia. These charges are determined by your country's customs regulations and will be calculated by the individual carriers at the time of delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Can I get a refund?
    Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a full refund. Full priced items that have been purchased with a discount or promotion attached (this includes pre-order and coming soon) are eligible for a refund for the amount paid. Sale items that have been purchased with a discount attached are eligible for a store credit only. Any products marked as Final Sale or Last Chance have a strict no returns, exchanges, or refunds policy, unless the item is deemed as faulty. All final refundable or store credit amounts are minus the returns processing fee. Return must be created and lodged within 14 days of receiving your order and are subject to our Returns Policy.   • How long does it take to process a return?
    We process all returns within 5 business days of being received. Please note this is not an immediate process. We carefully check all returns for wear and tear. Please allow 5 business before checking with our team on the status of your return.
  • How do I create a return?
    By sending an email to hello@ohsotroppy.com with your order number and details. You will then be provided with a Return Number and Return Address to send the parcel.
  • I've never heard of you, but am seeing you everywhere. How long have you been around?
    We're new to the market but making waves ☺️ We first launched in Sydney, Australia in mid 2025 (but it was years in the making behind the scenes!)

  • What is your response time?
    For live chat, we aim to respond to you within a few hours. For email, we do our best to reply as soon as possible, but please allow up to 36-48 hours on business days, depending on your time zone. Please note that we are based in Australia and only respond during our standard business hours.
